Group Fitness Instructor
Julia brings years of personal training and coaching to her classes. She has a commitment to health and fitness that has followed her through life; training both as a recreational and competitive athlete in running, rowing and boxing. Julia understands what it means to play in and outside of personal limits and has been willing to test and push herself over the years. Julia loves to inspire others and chat anything fitness and nutrition. She's always willing to give that little extra to make sure her team feels both supported and motivated.
