Semi‑Private Personal Training

Prefer to train with others while still getting personalized coaching? Semi‑private training is the perfect balance.

How It Works:

▸ You bring your own group (2–4 people: spouse, friend, or parent/child)

▸ Your trainer customizes a program designed specifically for your group’s needs

▸ You train together while each receiving expert coaching

You’ll enjoy the support of your closest circle while still benefiting from the personal attention you need to succeed.
