Below is a 9-minute set that you will run through 3 times with a 2-minute rest between each set. Each exercise will be performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest before moving on to the next movement in the list. Use your phone timer for this. If you would like an audio cue there are many great workout timer apps that you can set for a 40/20 split. They will beep every time you need to start or stop.
