At Beyond Fitness, we know you may have questions before starting your journey with us.
This page is here to give you clear answers about how we work, what makes us different, and how we can help you reach your goals.
If you don’t see your question answered here, we’d love for you to reach out, we’re always happy to help.
No. Beyond Fitness is not a drop‑in or open‑gym facility. We specialize in 1:1 personal training and semi‑private training, ensuring you receive expert coaching and a safe, controlled environment tailored to your needs.
Our trainers are all degree‑educated in sports science or related fields, and every program is evidence‑based and customized to you. Unlike big box gyms, we focus on quality over quantity: you’ll always work in a supportive, professional environment designed for real, lasting results.
By keeping client numbers low, we ensure:
• Plenty of space to train without waiting for equipment
• A clean, safe environment with no overcrowding
• Focused coaching time so you feel supported and confident
No. To maintain the highest coaching standards, all training is conducted through personal training or semi‑private sessions. This ensures every client receives guidance, safety, and support.
• Personal Training: One‑on‑one coaching where your trainer focuses solely on your needs.
• Semi‑Private Training: You bring your own group (2–4 people such as a spouse, friend, or parent/child). Your trainer customizes the program for your group’s goals while giving each person expert guidance.
(Note: Small Group Training classes, with up to 10 participants, are a separate program and have their own dedicated page.)
