Personal Background & Interests:
Abdel began training in Taekwondo at age 12 and was coaching internationally by 18. He has competed at the highest levels, including podium finishes at the Korea-UAE International Championship and Fujairah World Championship. His global perspective and cultural curiosity are reflected in his coaching style. Outside the gym, he enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and cooking with his wife.
