Real stories from people who’ve changed the way they eat — for good
I didn’t think I had the discipline for nutrition coaching, but this felt surprisingly doable.
It wasn’t about being perfect, it was about learning how to eat in a way that made sense for my body and my routine. I’ve lost weight, yes, but more importantly I’m not dragging myself through the afternoons anymore.
The way it’s structured really helped me stay consistent without it feeling like another job to manage.
- Manpreet B
I really looked forward to the weekly emails with results, kudos and suggestions for the next week.
The personalized recipe suggestions have become some of my staples now and really supported me in my new routines. She took a holistic approach and helped me build new habits that were not just about food. I learned a ton - which was my main goal going into it.
I'm excited about where I'm at now, and confident that I'll be able to continue making progress on my own.
- Meg S
What I appreciated most was how customized this was.
I travel a fair bit and have some specific routines already in place, so I didn’t want someone giving me a list of foods I’d never eat. Instead, I got feedback that actually applied to my day-to-day life.
It helped me clean up a few things I was blind to and gave me a better sense of how to fuel myself long term. It’s not flashy, but it works.

What You Might Be Wondering

Do I need to track food?
Yes, 100%. Tracking is essential. Without it, it’s like asking someone to hit the bullseye on a dartboard while blindfolded. You need clear feedback to know what’s working and where to adjust. Tracking gives us the data to coach you effectively and helps you make consistent, lasting progress

Can I do this if I travel a lot?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are frequent travelers. We’ll give you strategies that work at restaurants, hotels, and on the go.

Is it just meal plans?
No, we don’t hand you a generic plan. We coach you through real-life choices so you feel confident no matter where you are.

Do I need to be a personal training client?
Not at all. While many clients pair nutrition coaching with training, it’s also available as a stand‑alone service.
