Personal Background & Interests:
Cally’s background in psychology has shaped her interest in the connection between physical activity, confidence, and mental well-being. Before joining Beyond Fitness, she spent four years working as a strength trainer at CARSA, where she coached group fitness and spin classes while building strong relationships with clients of different abilities and experience levels.
Outside the gym, Cally enjoys competitive volleyball and hiking and is passionate about mental-health awareness. Her experience supporting individuals living with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological conditions has further strengthened her patient, observant, and people-focused approach.
