She’s passionate about helping women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond build strength, improve energy, and feel confident in their bodies again. Her approach blends foundational strength work with an understanding of hormonal shifts, joint health, and mobility. Whether easing back into exercise or leveling up after years of training, Jayda meets each client exactly where they are and progresses with intention.”
Personal Background & Interests:
Jayda’s foundation in human movement is backed by hands-on experience in clinical environments, including physiotherapy, pediatric rehab, and strength and conditioning. She has worked closely with kinesiologists and physiotherapists, supporting clients through post-injury recovery and long-term mobility improvements. A decade of competitive soccer and coaching has also shaped her calm, encouraging style. Jayda was a recipient of the Valerie Kuehne Undergraduate Research Award for her work on cerebrovascular adaptation, reflecting her deep interest in the science behind performance and aging.
