JEREMY WU
Personal Trainer
Training Philosophy & Approach:
“Jeremy takes a patient, educational approach to training. He explains exercises clearly, emphasizes sound technique, and adapts each session so clients can progress at a pace that feels challenging, achievable, and appropriate for them.”
Personal Background & Interests:
Jeremy grew up in North Delta and has always preferred being active outdoors. He played badminton and volleyball growing up and continues to play volleyball regularly today.
His interest in fitness began about four years ago with bodyweight exercises and dumbbell workouts at home. Initially, he simply wanted to become stronger and more athletic for the sports he played. Seeing his own progress sparked a deeper interest in training and eventually inspired him to help other people experience that same sense of improvement.
Outside the gym, Jeremy enjoys fishing, exploring new cafés, photography, and reading. His easygoing personality carries into his coaching and helps clients feel comfortable while they learn and progress.
