“Sarah-Jane grew up in rural Zimbabwe, developing a love for track, cross-country, and swimming. She later discovered weightlifting, influenced by her father’s interest in bodybuilding. After 25 years in outdoor recreation retail, she founded Beyond Fitness to share her passion for holistic wellness. She advocates consistent effort and structured training, believing that excuses only hold us back from our true potential.”

Personal Background & Interests:

An accomplished swimmer, triathlete, and bike racer, Sarah-Jane still embraces an active lifestyle as a mother of two young boys. She has managed and spearheaded countless fitness events and is dedicated to making Beyond Fitness a welcoming space for all.
